The Service is an educational and informationalself-assessment and content experience. It helps you reflect on the fit between your own stated preferences ("set points") and your own description of your life, and it shares general research-based information. It is a structured self-reflection tool.
The Service is not a medical device, medical or psychological care, therapy, counseling, diagnosis, or treatment, and it does not provide clinical services of any kind. Care Koo, LLC does not provide healthcare through the Service.
Content on the Service is for general informational and educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or other advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Using the Service does not create a doctor–patient, therapist–client, or any other professional relationship between you and Care Koo, LLC or any individual affiliated with it. Results are estimates based on your self-report and on general research findings; they are not a clinical assessment and are presented as distance from your own stated set points, not as a score of you or a diagnosis. Any statement that aligning how you live with how you are built — as part of a healthy lifestyle — may help support wellbeing or reduce the risk of certain conditions is a general-wellness statement about lifestyle, not a claim that the Service diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents any disease. The Service has not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or any other regulatory body.
Accounts are optional and passwordless: we sign you in with a one-time code sent to your email. You are responsible for maintaining access to your email and for activity under your account. Notify us of any unauthorized use. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

The Service and its content — including text, design, graphics, the assessment, scoring, reports, and the Physiotropism™ name and framework — are owned by Care Koo, LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service and your own report for your personal, non-commercial use. All other rights are reserved.
The Service may link to or rely on third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices, and your use of them is governed by their terms.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR ACCURATE, OR THAT RESULTS WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CARE KOO, LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR USD $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Care Koo, LLC and its members, officers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these terms.
We may modify the Service or these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "last updated" date, and your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and the state and federal courts located in Florida will have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
